Our mission is to create a lifestyle programme that changes the way you look and feel. Our 12 week programme is dynamic, detailed, disciplined and enjoyable. We will motivate and reenergise you so that you can make the lifestyle changes required to lose weight, eat well and increase your fitness and well being. Not only will you experience the physical benefits, we will also provide you with the support and the resources to ensure that you will continue with this lifestyle change.
What should I expect?
Your programme will begin with a 30 minute assessment measuring your weight, girth, body mass index, body fat percentage, aerobic capacity and your maximum strength as well as a personalised 12 week diet plan.
Each week you will participate in
- 20-minute tailor made swim programme (optional)
- 20 minute circuit training which will develop your speed, strength, power, agility, balance, core stability and cardiovascular endurance
- Minimum 5km run – up to 10km
- “On Track” workout plan
- Lunch in the Spa & Health Club
In addition you will receive three complimentary one hour Full Body Massages, ESPA Detoxifying Body Wraps or ESPA Stimulating Hip & Thigh Treatments during your 12 week Challenge.

The 12 Step Challenge will be every Saturday for 12 weeks. To participate in this programme you must book and pay in advance of the commencement date.
