Our Spa Policy
At The Landmark Spa & Health Club, we require holding credit/debit card details to secure your booking and we would ask you to let us know in advance if you cannot make your treatment. We have a cancellation policy of 12 hours, so bookings cancelled within 12 hours will unfortunately be charged the full amount.
For guests not staying at the hotel, you are required to book at least a one-hour spa treatment of your choice in order to be able to use the Spa facilities on Saturday and Sunday as well as bank holidays. During weekdays, if you would like to use the spa facilities you can purchase our spa pass for only £40.
Age Requirements
The minimum age for Spa treatments is 16 years old, whilst in the swimming pool area, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over. Any child under the age of eight will not be permitted to use the pool unless accompanied in the water by an adult aged 16 or over. We recommend for safe supervision; two children to one adult (aged 16 or over) or if children are under five, one adult to one child. Persons under 16 are prohibited from the use of the gymnasium and steam rooms.
