Our gymnasium is home to the latest Star Trac cardiovascular and resistance equipment. Each piece of cardiovascular equipment is equipped with its own integrated personal audiovisual system, allowing each guest his or her own choice of entertainment. Our free weights section, including a multi functional training unit and stretching area, will allow both members and guests a total body workout.
