Customer Journey
Your customer journey will begin as soon as you arrive at The Landmark Spa and Health Club. A member of our reception team will warmly greet you and show you through to our lounge area where your day of relaxation will begin with a herbal tea and warm oil infused face towel. You will be left to enjoy your tea and relax while filling out your consultation card.
Relax and soak up the tranquil ambience whilst you change into your warm robe, and are shown all the facilities.

Frequently asked questions

How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?

We recommend you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your booking so you can enjoy our Spa facilities. We highly recommend you use one of the heat experiences before your treatment to warm your muscles before a massage.

What should I bring with me?
The Landmark London Spa provides you with robe, slippers and towels throughout the day, and will present you with a locker key to secure your belongings. (The Landmark cannot take responsibly for personal belongings.) We recommend you bring your bathing suit so you can enjoy our wet facilities and a gym kit for our brand new state of the art gymnasium.
