Booking / Cancellation
We require holding credit/debit card details to secure the booking and we would ask you to let us know in advance if you cannot make your treatment. We have a cancellation policy of 12 hours, so bookings cancelled within 12 hours will be charged the full amount.
Group Bookings
Monday – Friday groups of over 5 people will be denied access to The Spa and Health Club unless spa treatments have been booked.
Saturday – Sunday groups of over 2 will be denied access to The Spa unless spa treatments are booked.
Mobile Phones/ Noise levels
Mobile phones are not permitted within The Landmark London Spa and Health Club and guests are kindly asked to refrain from using them while visiting. The Landmark Spa kindly requests that voice levels are kept to a minimum level to preserve the sense of tranquillity.
Food/Alcohol
Food is provided in The Spa from the spa menu, alcohol cannot be provided due to licensing laws. We recommend you drink plenty of water before and after your treatments, especially if you plan to enjoy our heat experiences.
Age Requirement
The minimum age for spa treatments is 16 years old.
